20min to work on Olympic Weightlifting and showing how working a PVC pipe to the barbell and beyond can help with reaction time and improvement in balance!

Then...

Tabata 20 on 10 off

Burpees

Sit ups (anchor feet if you want)

Alternate round for 8 rounds each


Functional Fitness 9am

Tabata 20 on 10 off x 8 each

Push Ups

Air Squats

Sit ups (anchor feet if you want)

Jump Rope

Do all 8 of one exercise than move to next.
