Come join a fun community of moms and moms-to-be while learning and implementing quality, functional movements and strategies to allow women to sustain long-term health and fitness well beyond the pregnancy and postpartum chapter. Participants will receive individualized guidance and support that will empower you to make informed decisions when it comes to navigating the physical and emotional challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and the motherhood transition. 

In this course you will learn and apply:

- How to safely navigate this chapter with your long-term fitness goals in mind

- Pelvic floor and core considerations

- Adjustments and modifications based on structural changes

- How to avoid common injuries and dysfunctions

- How to allow your body to heal, recover, and build after birth

About Coach Kim

Women's Fitness Coach specializing in pregnant and postpartum women.

I am a lover of fitness, movement, and supportive community. I have always been an athlete, and have felt a calling to the area of fitness. Whether that has just been for my own health or for others as a coach, I love to teach others how to move and move well, but I also love to learn.

I have learned more about women's fitness from my own pregnancy and postpartum chapters than from any other period in my life. I have grown and evolved so much in my thinking and views of my own body, of my motivations, and of my priorities. I have struggled through these seasons because of a lack of available information on how to train and have been frustrated by injuries and imbalances in my body. My curiosities and struggles, in addition to subsequent research, have led me to understand the uniqueness of the pregnancy and postpartum periods in terms of training. My knowledge of training through these periods has developed as I have expanded my education and have been provided with the opportunities to assist women in succeeding and achieving their goals. This is what drives me, and I look forward to continuing to develop as a coach and mentor for pregnant and postpartum women.

I hold a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Western Michigan, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer's Certificate, and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach's Course Certificate.

I am a wife to a wonderful husband, Ben, and a mother to two gorgeous kids, Levi, 3, and Adeline, 1.


6-Week Course:

January 14th - February 21st

Mondays at 5:30 pm & Thursdays at 9:00 am

$130 (2 sessions/week)

$70 (1 session/week)

Includes one-on-one consultation prior to course start date
